Bombay Potatoes

5 tbsp oil,
1 tbsp black mustard seeds,
1 onion finely chopped,
1 tsp Pataks′ Garlic Pickle,
1 tbsp Patak′s Mild Curry Paste,
1kg potatoes (boiled and cubed),
salt to taste
Voorbereiding:
Bereidingswijze: Method
Heat the oil and fry the mustard seeds, allow to pop and add the onion and garlic pickle, fry until golden brown.
Add the curry paste and fry gently for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add the potatoes and salt and continue frying for 5 minutes adding a little water to prevent the mixture sticking if necessary.
